4 Summer Foot Fun Tips:

1. If you are having a pedicure make sure that the facility autoclaves all their instruments

2. Basic sandals and flip-flops are not useful for walking long distances. They do not offer support and can increase heel cracks and increase the likeliness of plantar fasciitis

3. Any heel cracks, or prone to heel cracks? Then start to apply moisturising cream. This will not stop the cracks but will soften them

4. When walking in communal areas like swimming pools or camp grounds make sure that your feet are covered to prevent the spread of foot warts and fungal skin infections
