Sarah Milner Returns to the Central Lambton Family Health Team as Executive Director
The Central Lambton Family Health Team (CLFHT) is pleased to announce the return of Sarah Milner as Executive Director. Sarah previously served with the CLFHT in the Executive Director role and is widely recognized for her dedication to patient-centred care, collaborative team building, and strong commitment to community health. Her return marks an exciting new chapter for the organization as it continues to strengthen its capacity to deliver high-quality, accessible care to patients across the region.
