The Central Lambton Family Health Team (CLFHT) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the
appointment of Laura Strathdee as the new Executive Director, effective March 10, 2025. Laura brings
extensive leadership experience in healthcare administration and a strong commitment to rural
community-based primary care.
Laura’s expertise in healthcare management, strategic planning, and patient-centered service delivery
will be invaluable in advancing the mission of the CLFHT. Her leadership will support ongoing efforts to
enhance access to quality healthcare for our community.

have been instrumental in maintaining stability and guiding the organization forward”.
