CENTRAL LAMBTON FAMILY HEALTH TEAM ANNOUNCES NEW TEAM MEMBER

The Central Lambton Family Health Team and its Board of Directors is pleased to welcome dietician Laura Francis to the team. Laura’s role as dietician will include assisting patients and families in the areas of diabetes, weight management, hypertension, high cholesterol and nutrition. Working alongside doctors and the team’s allied health care professionals, Laura will assess and counsel patients and their families to ensure optimum health. Laura is a graduate of Brescia University College at the University of Western Ontario and brings with her experience and dedication to a patient-centered approach to wellness and disease management.
