If you would like to see if your home blood pressure monitor is working correctly, please bring it with you to a free blood pressure calibration clinic at the Central Lambton Family Health Team, Friday, June 24, 2015 between 1:30pm-4:00pm and Wednesday, July 8, 2015 between 1:30pm-4:00pm. This is a great opportunity to check the accuracy of your own blood pressure monitor. Any questions about your blood pressure can also be addressed during this time.
